Team ICEC participated AT – BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry held its 1st Annual HR Directors’ Conclave, which will bring together eminent and senior professionals from the industry who has significant achievements to their credit, primarily in the domain of HR.

The Conclave was having focus on 3 key areas – Talent, Skill and Youth, as these will play a critical part in the success of ‘Make in India’ and ‘Skill India’ initiative of the Govt. of India. The Conclave was deliberate upon the challenges to be faced by such programs and how India can learn from other country’s skill development programs to convert these challenges into opportunities.
