Trent University has recently announced two new programs: a unique course-based Master of Science in Forensic Science and a 16-month Master of Management program designed for students with an undergraduate degree in a field other than business. The Forensic Science program is reportedly the first in Canada of its kind, and will include a four-month forensic placement with organizations such as the OPP, RCMP, and Centre of Forensic Science. The Management program aims to provide students with a grounding in a broad spectrum of business and management disciplines, and is expected to be particularly appealing to international students. Both programs will begin in September 2018.
