Dalhousie University and Mitacs have signed an agreement to create a new collaborative student research mobility program. $1.8M in funding will help to give 150 senior undergraduate students, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows from Dal the chance to pursue research exchanges abroad, while also giving 150 international students the opportunity to conduct research at Dal. “This agreement will give our students a chance to learn more about different cultures and create projects and actions that will have global impact,” said Dal Vice President Research and Innovation Alice Aiken. “It will also help develop the next generation of researchers, innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders.”
