Dr. Dwyer is an award winning writer, editor and educator who has spent more than 35 years working in the public sector at the regional, national, and international levels. He has leveraged his expertise to facilitate and strategically engage public-sector leadership to support human resource strategies related to education and employability, and he has consulted and undertaken research for private, not-for profit and public sector organizations to examine and validate corporate social responsibility, poverty-reduction initiatives, strategic organizational capacity, and performance management. His research has been presented and published for conferences and symposiums in Canada, the USA, South America, Germany, the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China.
