Patrick Dang has an extensive background in college education in Canada spanning over 25 years in the sector. During his time, Patrick
has been a pioneer in developing several colleges within the domestic and international environments. As head of Sprott Shaw College between 1995 and 2018 he spearheaded international alliances, recruitment, marketing, affiliations and program development and collaborations, international projects including off-shore licensing partnerships for well-over two decades.
Having also served as President of both Acsenda School of Management – a private degree granting institution under the ministry of advanced education, Patrick expanded the colleges reach internationally with several strategic alliances and licensed partnerships in countries such as India, China, Korea, Philippines, Jordan, Iraq and Jamaica to name a few specific areas. In particular, Patrick devoted many years towards Indo-Canadian Education projects that led to the colleges becoming a sought after and well-known destination for students from India to Canada.
Patrick has also served as President and COO for Robertson College in Manitoba and Alberta not mention serving as a Special Advisor on international matters for the National Association of Career Colleges (NACC) and also the British Columbia Career College Association (BCCCA) for domestic and regional matters.
Currently, Patrick is the CEO and President of SELC Canada Education Group of Colleges known as the Seymour Education and Learning Colleges (SELC).
