Residents from the following countries may apply for a Hello Canada Account:
India, Bahrain, China, Germany, Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, UAE, UK, USA and Vietnam.
Applicants must hold a valid Canadian passport or Canadian Visa in any of the following categories:
- Immigrant ( for permanent residency)
- Work Permit (valid for more than 6 months)
- Student
