ABOUT ICEC
Based in the World Trade Center, Connaught Place, in the heart of New Delhi, ICEC is an independent, voluntary, non-Governmental, non-profit, non-political and non-partisan venture, established as a Council under the aegis of GIAN to promote Indo-Canada education relations, and is registered under *NGO DARPAN with the NITI Aayog , Government of India. The Indo Canada Education Council (ICEC) is perhaps the exclusive NGO in India to foster support for stronger bi-lateral relations between India and Canada in the field of education. We are funded primarily through membership fees, and with career advertisements, sales of publications, revenues from events sponsorship, and contract management services.

Our Executive Team consists of highly accomplished professionals, including a former senior Diplomat, Educationists, lawyers, chartered Accountants, corporate Advisors etc., who are renowned in their sphere of activity with hands-on national / international working experience. They all, however, have one thing in common i.e. their Zest for Education Excellence.
ICEC boasts a strong ground presence, penetrative network of Indian industry, government and academia, and growing Canadian and Indian member ranks.
It is also an Organization where students can go for free admission counselling, information and support, scholarship updates, internship visits in Canada, pre-departure sessions and guidance. ICEC has counselled over 20,000 students since our inception in 2014 and is dedicated to empowering the students of India to access the best educational and career opportunities in the world.
In short, the purpose of ICEC is to invite, gather, distil, synthesize, and disseminate the best collective wisdom from Indo- Canada Stakeholders to make an even more effective contribution in the creation of a world of education that works for all.

STANDING ADVISORY COMMITTEES
A number of University President, Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, Deans and other members of the Indo-Canada community are being appointed to study and advise the ICEC on major policy issues in higher education.
