With an expansive network comprised of India’s premier academic institutions and key industry and government bodies in both countries, live and virtual student outreach activities and services, a news outlet reaching key decision-makers, and networking opportunities at our ongoing events, ICEC is uniquely qualified to help Canadian and Indian institutions meet their internationalization objectives.
ICEC offers various networking and business services to facilitate information-sharing and collaboration between stakeholders, assist in network development, and provide on-the-ground support for your activities. We also provide recruitment services connecting Canadian colleges and universities with qualified prospective international students. Our services include opportunities to advertise and share your student resources on our student hub, distribute your materials at our Study in Canada seminars and fairs, and access our student counselling service. Support our mission to provide equitable access to higher education opportunities for students across India.
It is our mission to promote ethical student recruitment and facilitate equitable student access to Canadian higher education and ICEC relies on membership proceeds to fund our 100% free student services and activities, including our education counselling and university application services and Study in Canada seminars. We are dedicated to empowering the students of India to access the best educational and career opportunities in Canada by providing students accurate and unbiased admission and visa advice and support, scholarship and internship updates, and pre-departure sessions, with over 20,000 students advised since our inception, and over 3,000 monthly student visitors.

STUDENT RECRUITMENT SERVICES
Available as standalone services or in the all-inclusive member package.
Canadian members receive the following recruitment services to complement their student recruitment strategy. Enjoy exposure for your programs and institution on our website and at our live Study in Canada seminars. We also offer an additional paid on-site education counselling service for Canadian colleges and universities. Learn more about our recruitment services below.
These services are available as stand-alone services or all-inclusive in our member package. Our member service package includes all recruitment, business and networking services (more below), available with our all-inclusive annual ($1000), two-year ($1700 -save 15%) and three-year ($2300 – save 25%) membership terms. Members receive an annual report of promotional and recruitment activities and analytics.
Website Advertising: Ads, Booth, and Student Resources on the ICEC Student Hub
Available as a stand-alone service ($500 per year for 3 posts) or included in our annual, two-year, and three-year membership packages.
Receive prominent ad placements and article insertions in our student hub, frequented by over 3,000 students per month. Student posts have an average reach of 30,000 students per insertion and 200 clicks per post. Share up to 3 insertions per year. Member ads can link to external pages such as your program or admissions pages or a virtual booth with your institutional information and links, to be featured on our Study in Canada Expo.

Distribute your marketing materials at ICEC Study in Canada Seminars (and Optional Booth/Education Counselling)
Available as a stand-alone service ($500 per Seminar) or included in our annual, two-year, and three-year membership packages.
Distribute your marketing materials at ICEC’s Study in Canada Seminars and save thousands on costly education fairs, while connecting with students from some of India’s best high-schools, colleges and universities. ICEC has hosted our Study in Canada seminars at member campuses in India since 2014. Our Indian academic members are comprised of India’s top private and public post-secondary academic institutions. Canadian members enjoy an opportunity distribute their marketing materials to participating students at our live seminars. ICEC also hosts ongoing virtual Study in Canada webinars with presentations and Q&A, offered by our ICEF Canada course-trained education advisors, and during our webinars, students will be directed to members’ ‘virtual booths’ for links to our member program and admission web pages.
In addition, colleges and universities can also request our on-site education counselling service will receive dedicated education advisors to take down interested student information, direct students to your admission page, and process their application forms on-site and by booking counselling sessions.
