Rajeev Kumar brings with him extensive experience in the areas of banking, corporate structuring, and financial planning coupled with in-depth knowledge of internal control systems & processes. He is a chartered accountant having professional experience of over 7 years with large business houses and numerous Listed Companies, Public and Private Limited Companies and Banks.

Rajeev is instrumental in oversight of a large number of Statutory Assurance Reviews, Internal Assurance Reviews, Management Audits, Limited Reviews and Due Diligence assignments of large corporate and manufacturing units.

Rajeev was closely associated with Central Statutory Audits of State Bank of India, and Punjab National Bank and has handled a large number of Inspection Audits, Concurrent Audits and Branch Statutory Audits and possesses deep understanding of Internal Systems, Procedures and Controls of Nationalized and Cooperative Banks.

Rajeev was closely associated with the implementation of National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) as District Program Manager in Patna in the year 2006 - 2007 and has facilitated in the implementation of the accounting system in the District Program Management Unit of Jehanabad in Bihar. He has supported the District Administration in the implantation of NRHM in Health facilities managed by State Governments such as HSCs, PHCs, RHs, SDHs, DHs, UHs, etc.

He is having extensive experience of providing management advisory, assurance, and accounting services to developmental sector organizations (NGO’s), INGO’s and charitable organizations. He has worked closely with IDF, Patna in several UNICEF, Pathfinder, ActionAid, CARE, AUSAID, Japanese Constellate-facilitated programmes providing diverse support including assurance on financial management practices; review and improvement of SCM practices, etc.
